If you contact us or purchase a license, we collect the details you provide — name, email, and purchase information — to deliver and support the product. The app may send anonymous, aggregate crash reports to help us fix bugs; this can be disabled in settings.

We use your information only to provide EchoCSV, process licenses, respond to support requests, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
Third parties
We rely on a small number of processors (for payments, email, and form handling) who act on our behalf under their own privacy terms. No data from your files is shared with anyone.
